Westbrook Guesthouse is a fresh and modern looking guesthouse housed in an elegant Victorian building dating from 1863. Westbrook is situated in a prime hotel area.  It is ideally located within minutes walk to the town centre and the beautiful sea front of Torquay. It is in an ideal position to explore all the attractions within Torquay and the surrounding coastline and countryside. Situated on Scarborough Road the Westbrook is close to everything but at the same time nice and quiet. We offer contemporary and comfortable en-suite accommodation with a king room, double, twin and family rooms, all with hospitality trays, fridges and flat screen tv's. Delivering the highest levels of quality, service and cleanliness, our aim is to make your stay as comfortable and welcoming as possible with all the little extras that you need. If you are looking for a home from home feeling, Westbrook Guesthouse is the right place for you.  Whether you stay with us for a short or long break we will make you feel relaxed in a friendly atmosphere with fantastic service. 


We want you to enjoy the greatest level of flexibility and so we are no longer serving breakfasts. We will be happy to provide you with recommendations and possibly discounts at some eating establishments.


Our minimum stay is two nights.

 ACCESS STATEMENT  FOR WESTBROOK GUESTHOUSE:

  Introduction:

Westbrook Guesthouse is a small accommodation provider run by the owners who live on site.The hallways and stairs are bright throughout the day and the hallway lights are on at night time plus emergency lighting in the event of an electrical power cut . Westbrook is a pleasurable comfortable place to stay. The car park is located at the rear of the property for three small cars plus there is additional free parking on the street in front of the property on Scarborough road. Unfortunately we cannot reserve on - site parking so parking is based on first come first served basis. There is no rear access to the guest house. The route leading to the front of the property is flat although there is a small step leading to the entrance of the property. The hallway and reception is located on the groundfloor. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. There is one family room and one small double. The small double has one step down to the room which is lit up. The dining room is also on the ground floor. Room 3, the twin room, is up one flight of stairs (13 steps}. The other 3 rooms double and king rooms are a further 7 steps up on the top floor. All rooms contain a shower cubicle with a step into the shower, unfortunately we don't have any disabled bathrooms. Please note that we regret our premises are not suitable for wheelchair users.
